Who's Open for Business? Which Lights Are Out of Control?

I had lunch at Pikesville yesterday, after Hurricane Irene passed, and it was as delicious as always.

And , also at , tweeted that it's open as well.

But aren't holding the first day of school today as planned.

And numerous traffic lights aren't operating as usual, including along Reisterstown Road.
