• Pocomoke Bridge to Close for 2 Months (shoredailynews.com) — Downtown Pocomoke City's historic drawbridge will close to vehicles for about 60 days starting Sept. 8 while the state cleans and repaints the 1920s span. Drivers will need to follow posted detours, but marine traffic can continue as the open drawbridge is refurbished to protect this key piece of the Pocomoke City Historic District.
