Free Yoga and Meditation Class

Try a 1 hr trial class and feel the benefits of Body&Brain Yoga.
Before and/or after class we will be giving Free Aura readings so please plan to come early. Wear some loose comfortable cloths, and please plan arrive at least 10-15 minutes before class.
Class will be from 2-3 pm. We will have time after for questions and taking aura pictures.
