• Early voting for the 2012 Maryland primary ends this Thursday, March 29. Voting locations are open daily from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m., including the nearby . Find more info here.
• Requests for absentee ballots must be received by this Tuesday, March 27. Applications can be mailed, faxed, emailed, or delivered in person — details here.
• The deadline to enter the Maryland Municipal League's 2012 “If I were Mayor, I would…” essay contest is this Friday, March 30. The statewide contest is open to all fourth graders. The winners will be recognized by Lt. Gov. Anthony G. Brown in a public ceremony on Friday, May 20, at the Maryland State House. Enter here.
