Parkdale Gears Up for State Tournaments
Parkdale's softball and baseball teams will face off against an area school in the first round.
Parkdale's athletic teams are headed to the Maryland Public Secondary Schools Athletic Association tournaments which start this week.
Starting May 12, the school's softball team will play against Suitland to determine who will face Roosevelt as well in the second round.
Parkdale's baseball team will play Bladensburg in the first round of the 4A South bracket on May 13 to determine who will play Roosevelt in the second round.

Panthers track and field team will meet May 19 to May 21, while tennis finalists will play in College Park on May 27.
