Vacant for several years and showing significant deterioration, the property formerly known as Jey's Auto once housed an automotive garage. 

The lot and building are situated on Baltimore Avenue across the street from Dematha High School and adjacent to the EYA development in Hyattsville. This Riverdale Park "gateway property" is in a prime location, within walking distance for town residents and the residents of the new EYA properties.
