11 Criminal, DUI Arrests Made In County Crackdown: MD Police

ROCKVILLE, MD — Nearly a dozen people were arrested last week in Montgomery County on drunk driving and criminal charges, according to Maryland State Police.

Between Sept. 9 and Sept. 15, state troopers assigned to the Rockville Barrack made the following drunk driving arrests:

• Lauren Helfrich, 29 years of age of Rockville
• Julie Demarco, 44 years of age of Reston, VA
• Caleb Manfo, 36 years of age of Gaithersburg
• Otto Winter, 30 years of age of Pasadena
• Ehud Ketchouang, 32 years of age of Potomac
• Jeremiah Soto, 64 years of age of Woodbridge, VA

State troopers also made the following criminal arrests:

• Minki Kim, 33 years of age of Germantown, warrant service
• Marco Guillen, 22 years of age of Rockville, warrant service
• Gage McNeil, 21 years of age of Silver Spring, warrant service
• Dake Williams, 29 years of age of Potomac, warrant service
• Everardo Carmona-Garduno, 39 years of age of Frederick, warrant service
