13 DUI Arrests In Montgomery County Crackdown: State Police

ROCKVILLE, MD — Thirteen people were arrested last week in Montgomery County on drunk driving charges, say Maryland State Police.

Between July 1-7, state troopers assigned to the Rockville Barrack made the following drunk driving arrests:

• Stephen Bebee Alexander, 30, of Silver Spring
• Duane Johnson, 28, of Germantown
• Anthony Montano, 21, of Silver Spring
• Yonatan Murici Garcia Zaldana, 24, of Montgomery Village
• Jerald McCalla, 21, of Germantown
• Ruteau Paul, 57, of Beltsville
• Ronald Cox, 31, of Hyattsville
• Ashley Janell, 30, of Washington, DC
• Cyrelle Ngong, 29, of Laurel
• Dwayne Dyke, 58, of Swan Point
• Kenneth Robbins, 39, of Nottingham
• Emmanuel Odina, 40, of Gaithersburg
• Jason Nwosu, 29, of Silver Spring

Troopers made the following criminal arrests:

• Dubilson Tiburcio, 23, of Silver Spring, warrant service
• Stephanie Horvwalt, 40, of Hyattsville, warrant service
