13-Year-Old From Rockville Missing Since Monday Afternoon: Police

ROCKVILLE, MD — Montgomery County Police are asking the public's help in locating 13-year-old Hiba Cheema. She was last seen around 3 p.m., on Monday, in the 500 block of Pinewood Drive in Rockville.

Police described Cheema as standing 5-foot-3 and weighing 100 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. She was wearing a white sweater and pink Hello Kitty pajamas, according to police.
