15-Year-Old From Rockville Missing Since Monday Sought By Police

ROCKVILLE, MD — Montgomery County Police are asking the public's help in locating 15-year-old Xavier Beltran, who was last seen on Monday, in the 200 block of Poplar Street in Rockville.

Beltan stands 5-foot-6 and weighs 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, according to police. The last time he was seen, he was wearing a black hoodie, black sweatpants, and red and black high-top sneakers.
