16 Criminal, DUI Arrests Made In County Crackdown: MD Police

ROCKVILLE, MD — More than a dozen people were arrested last week in Montgomery County on drunk driving and criminal charges, according to Maryland State Police.

Between Nov. 18-24, state troopers assigned to the Rockville Barrack made the following drunk driving arrests:

• Kendall Levy, 33 years of age from Arlington, VA
• Victor Mazariegos, 41 years of age of Lanham
• Trung Ta, 60 years of age of Gaithersburg
• Artur Melikyan, 44 years of age of Gaithersburg
• Morris Ruiz, 49 years of age of Rockville
• David Bernard, 24 years of age of Gaithersburg
• Bryan Kihara, 21 years of age of Cockeysville
• Frezer Tesfaye, 30 years of age of Takoma Park
• Lara Anderson, 22 years of age of Germantown

Troopers made the following criminal arrests:

• Juan Portillo Ayala, 41 years of age of Silver Spring, warrant service
• Alba Aldana-Berios, 30 years of age of Aldelphi, warrant service
• Darron Dixon, 35 years of age of Gaithersburg, warrant service
• Phillip Pressley, 55 years of age of University Park, warrant service
• Patricia Guzman, 28 years of age of Germantown, warrant service
• Tracy Birkett, 56 years of age of Ijamsville, Possession of CDS not Marijuana
• Daniel Ngungoh, 47 years of age of Upper Marlboro, warrant service
