17 Criminal, DUI Arrests Made In County Crackdown: MD Police

ROCKVILLE, MD — More than a dozen people were arrested last week in Montgomery County on drunk driving and criminal charges, according to Maryland State Police.

Between Sept. 23-29, state troopers assigned to the Rockville Barrack made the following drunk driving arrests:

• Banpheng Chanthavong, 54 years of age of Silver Spring
• Brian Manuel, 50 years of age of Laurel
• Victor Herrera, 27 years of age of Gaithersburg
• Amanda Martin, 28 years of age of Silver Spring
• Sergio Castaneda, 26 years of age of Silver Spring
• Neil Cuthbert, 65 years of age of Adelphi
• Ricardo Reed, 30 years of age of Montgomery Village

Troopers made the following criminal arrests:

• Mebrahtu Tesfay, 33 years of age of Alexandria, VA, MDOP
• Jonathan Velazquez, 34 years of age of Olney, warrant service
• Kevin Torres-Fuentes, 23 years of age of Silver Spring, warrant service
• Glib Okhremenko, 34 years of age of Naperville, IL, warrant service
• Darryl Blue, 22 years of age of Suitland, warrant service
• Rober Rohr, 25 years of age of Frederick, warrant service
• Alejandro Rivera, 22 years of age of Altoona, PA, warrant service
• Kenneth Johnson, 26 years of age of Gaithersburg, warrant service
• Alli Abdulla, 50 years of age of Cheltenham, warrant service
• Rolando Diaz, 28 years of age of Germantown, warrant service
