Two men wanted in Maryland for rape were arrested by customs officers as they were waiting to board two separate flights to El Salvador.

DULLES, VA — Two men wanted in Maryland for second-degree rape were arrested last week as they waited to board a flight to El Salvador at Washington Dulles International Airport in Virginia.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers arrested 53-year-old Oscar Armando Hernandez Mata around 4:48 p.m., on Thursday, at the departure gate. Hernandez Mata was wanted on a Montgomery County, Maryland, warrant for felony second-degree rape and sexual abuse of a minor.
Authorities said he was also an alien unlawfully present in the U.S., after an immigration judge ordered him to be expelled from the country in 2006.
