ROCKVILLE, MD — A Rockville man is charged with attempted murder following a double stabbing that occurred Thursday night, and two people are in area hospitals, according to the Rockville City Police Department. Officers were called to the 400 block of North Horners Lane about 10:15 p.m. for the report of an assault and stabbing.
