27-Year-Old Rockville Man Remains Missing After 2 Months: Police

ROCKVILLE, MD — Rockville City Police are asking the public's help in locating 27-year-old Yerayel Ben Yehuda of Piccard Drive, who remains missing after two months, according to a post on the department's official Twitter account.

Piccard was last seen leaving his home on Oct. 23, according to police.

"He suffers from a mental condition which may impact his ability to communicate in a responsible manner if approached," RCPD said, in a Twitter post. "Yehuda is also known to frequent the Washington D.C./Northwest area and may possibly be in Virginia."

Police described Yehuda as standing 5-foot-8 and weighing 160 pounds. He has a light to medium complex, brown eyes, and black hair.

Anyone with information about Yehuda's location is asked to call RCPD's Investigations Unit at 240-314-8938. Callers may remain anonymous.
