30 Pairs Of Jeans Stolen As Thief Races Out Rockville Store: Police
Police are searching for a suspect who stole five Swarovski crystal bracelets and another suspect who stole over 30 pairs of designer jeans.
ROCKVILLE, MD — Rockville Police are searching for two suspects involved in unrelated robberies that both took place in stores in the 1600 block of Rockville Pike on May 28.
The first incident took place between 1:39 p.m. and 3:08 p.m. According to police, a female suspect walked over to a display in the store and stole five Swarovski crystal bracelets. The suspect was last seen fleeing in the direction of Halpine Road and East Jefferson Street, police said.
The suspect is described as a black female, 5'9" with a thin build. Police said she has black medium length hair and was last seen wearing black shoes, blue jeans and a black sweater.

The second incident also occurred in a store in same area between 3:39 p.m. and 3:44 p.m., police said. A male suspect walked over to a display in the store and removed 31 pairs of designer jeans. The suspect ran out of the store without paying for the items and was last seen leaving in the direction of Halpine Road and East Jefferson Street, police said.
Police describe the suspect as a black male, 6'0" with a muscular build and black hair. He was last seen wearing black pants, a tan zip-up jacket with side pockets and a red baseball cap with black letters, police said.
