9 Criminal, DUI Arrests Made In County Crackdown: MD Police

ROCKVILLE, MD — Nine people were arrested last week in Montgomery County on drunk driving and criminal charges, according to Maryland State Police.

Between Feb. 24 and March 1, state troopers assigned to the Rockville Barrack made the following drunk driving arrests:

• Jean Paul Bawea Badjo, 27 years of age of Rockville
• Winston Wambua Karumba, 34 years of age of Takoma Park
• Ndifor Ngu Ndumu, 43 years of age of Germantown
• Elsa Eneida Linares Khalil, 43 years of age of Clarksburg
• Micah Campbell, 30 years of age of Hyattsville

Troopers made the following criminal arrests:

• Tracia Lawrence-Cross, 39 years of age of Silver Spring, Warrant
• Sydney Powell, 28 years of age of Rockville, Warrant
• Corinna Winston, 25 years of age of Gaithersburg, Warrant
• Emily Easton, 29 years of age of Potomac, Warrant
