All-Clear Given at Clarksburg High After Gun Report
Students and staff at the high school sheltered in place while police searched the campus for a gun; nothing was found, officials said.

The all-clear has been given after a report Friday morning that a student may have brought a gun to the Clarksburg High School campus, authorities say.
Montgomery County Police were called to the school at 10:13 a.m. for the firearm report. A search of the school grounds by police – assisted by a police dog trained to sniff out guns – turned up nothing.
The search ended at 12:15 p.m. with no indication of a firearm on school grounds, police say.
