MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD — A father and daughter wanted in connection to a stabbing were arrested after authorities located the pair in Rockville, police said Friday.
Montgomery County Police identified the individuals as 54-year-old William Andrew Dunn and 24-year-old Brittany Elaine Dunn. Both have been charged with attempted first-degree murder and first- and second-degree assault, among other offenses.
The Dunns were both arrested Thursday on the 14900 block of Broschart Road by authorities with the United States Marshall Service Capital Area Region Fugitive Task Force.
Investigators say William and Brittany stabbed their roommate on June 4 inside the shared home on the 3700 block of Stepping Stone Lane. Officials did not specify the extent of the injuries but did indicate the person was stabbed in the upper chest.
It's unknown what events took place before the stabbing. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
Both Dunns are being held without bond and are scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on July 10.
