ROCKVILLE, MD — One of the region's biggest robotics club will host a "Robotics Day" at the Rockville Town Center Square this month.
Sponsored by the nonprofit Weestar Corporation, the event will be held by the AOE Robotics Club on Saturday, July 11, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 36 Maryland Ave.
The event is free to attend.
Featured events will include 3D-printing demonstrations and a showcase of student-built robots, as well as robot-building competitions and hands-on building opportunities.

Attendees will also get a chance to join in on interactive STEM activities and games geared for all ages.
The AOE Robotics Club is a decorated group that has landed multiple awards in the engineering field, having successfully competed in the VEX Robotics Competition.
