MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD — Starting Aug. 18, water shutoffs will impact Rockville residents over the course of four days as officials carry out work in the area.
An announcement issued by the City of Rockville states water service will be temporarily cut from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. between Aug. 18 and Aug. 21.
Impacted residents are located on Martins Lane and North Washington, Dawson and North streets. See a full breakdown online.
In the event of inclement weather, the water shutoff will be rescheduled for Aug. 25-28. The same hours will apply for the new dates.
Once work is complete, residents are encouraged to run their cold water lines for a few minutes to clear any possible discoloration.
