Officers say reports spiked in July and are asking anyone with information to contact Detective Pat Hinaris as they continue building the case.
• Two killed in wrong-way crash on I-270 in Montgomery County (wjla.com) — A deadly wrong-way crash on I-270's southbound spur near Democracy Boulevard left two Toyota passengers dead and sent the Mustang driver to the hospital Saturday evening. Maryland State Police from the Rockville Barrack are still investigating how the Mustang entered the highway going the wrong direction, and have not yet released victim identities or full details about the surviving drivers.
