Asia Cafe, Tooso Burglary Suspect Arrested: Rockville Police
A Rockville man arrested for burglaries at Asia Cafe and Tooso Pakistani Kitchen is wanted on similar charges in Gaithersburg, police say.
ROCKVILLE, MD — A Rockville man is in jail on charges he burglarized two Rockville restaurants, and police say he faces burglary charges in Gaithersburg and Howard County. Jason Wayne Davis, 40, of the 2000 block of Baltimore Road, was arrested Monday for two recent commercial burglaries of the Asia Cafe, 700 block of First Street, and Tooso Pakistani Kitchen, 1500 block of Rockville Pike.
Davis has been charged by the Rockville City Police Department with two counts of second-degree burglary and two counts of malicious destruction of property. He has also been charged by Gaithersburg City Police, Montgomery County Police and Howard County Police in connection with various other burglaries in the area. He is being held at a local detention center.
According to Maryland online court records, an arrest warrant for Davis was issued June 27 in Howard County on charges of second-degree burglary, fourth-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools and malicious destruction of property valued at more than $1,000.
