Montgomery County residents can donate school supplies and volunteer at the homeless coalition's back-to-school fair.

ROCKVILLE, MD — If you’re buying school supplies for your kids, you can help the Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless by donating supplies.

Help from the public is needed to ensure the 300 children the coalition serves go back to school with everything they need for a successful school year, organizers said.

The agency’s 2016 Back to School Fair will be held Thursday, Aug. 18, at Faith United Methodist Church, 6810 Montrose Road in Rockville.
