Photos Of Seneca Creek Homicide Victim's Tattoos Released To Aid In Identification: Police
To help identify a homicide victim, police released photos of distinctive tattoos on the body of a man recovered from Seneca Creek Sunday.

GERMANTOWN, MD — Montgomery County Police homicide detectives are asking the public's help in identifying the body of a man who was recovered Sunday from Seneca Creek.
Officers from Montgomery County and Maryland Natural Resources responded around 5:41 p.m., to the Black Rock Road and Seneca Creek Trail area for the report of a body in the creek, according to police.

The body was recovered by Montgomery County Fire and Rescue personnel, who took it to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, where the manner of death was determined to be a homicide.
Police released photos of several distinctive tattoos that may help members of the public identify the victim. One of the three tattoos includes the grim reaper holding a handgun and another shows chain links with a cross underneath.

Police ask anyone who may know someone with similar tattoos to call the Major Crimes Division at 240-773-5070 or call Crime Solvers of Montgomery County toll-free at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477).
Anyone who provides information that may lead to an arrest in connection with this homicide is eligible for a reward of up to $10,000. Callers are not required to identify themselves.
