Katie’s Corner Offers Financial Tips for the Savvy Mom

Mid-Atlantic Federal Credit Union’s Launches New Financial Blog for Women

Germantown, MD –  Germantown based Mid-Atlantic Federal Credit Union (www.mafcu.org) announces the launch of Katie’s Corner, a financial blog for women in Montgomery County and the Washington, DC metropolitan area.  Katie’s Corner  (http://katies-corner.mafcu.org) is released weekly, and focuses on helping area women find ways to optimize their personal finances while addressing the issues of work-life balance.

Providing “helpful tips and hints from a savvy mom who's in the middle of it all”, Katie’s Corner  covers areas such as money management, teaching children fiscal responsibility, ways to reduce spending, and fun activities to help reduce stress.
