VIDEO: Boxing Gym Attracts Novices and Pros

Champion Boxing Fitness welcomes members from all skill levels.

When clients walk into Champion Boxing Fitness on Rockville Pike, they don't have to worry about any skills they may lack, according to the gym's management. That's because the gym caters to regular people who want to use boxing just to work out.

"I saw the workouts that boxing and kickboxing can do and produce to the members," said co-owner David Sheehi. "It was phenomenal, the results were so quickly established."

Sheehi decided to make sure Champion Boxing Fitness made that workout accessible to all.
