C-SPAN visited Richard Montgomery High School to honor four national winners in the annual Documentary Contest StudentCam

C-SPAN came out to Richard Montgomery High School on March 21 to honor four national winners in their annual documentary contest called StudentCam. 150 students and representatives from Senator Van Hollen's office and Congressman Raskin's office were on hand to celebrate the accomplishments of the talented students. The four students below are one of only 150 winners nationwide. The contest drew over 2,900 films from 46 states, the District of Columbia, England, Germany, Singapore and Taiwan.
