CGT Jazz Collective performs a happy hour set at Dietle’s on the third Wednesday of each month. The two core members, each bringing more than 30 years of experience on the DC scene, team up with a guest artist to provide you with fresh, exciting jazz.

Greg Meyer • Robby Liebrick

Greg Meyer brings the blues to life on saxophone and vocals, best known for his high-energy work with Reggie Eye & the Missing Pieces, a Takoma Park blues outfit that mixes old-school blues, New Orleans grit, and original tunes. A fixture of the DC/Maryland scene, Meyer also fronts his own group, the Greg Meyer Project, and hosts the weekly jazz jam and a blues radio show, "Blue G Lounge," tracing the genre from its earliest recordings to today. Catch his soulful sax and smooth vocals live — a set that's sure to get the room moving.

Robby Liebrick is a sought-after regional drummer active throughout the Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Baltimore music scenes. Known for his tasteful, swinging approach to jazz, blues, and roots music, he performs with groups including the CG Jazz Collective and Big Boy Little Band.
