Thanksgiving, Thursday, Nov. 25: City government and city facilities will be closed.

Rockville, Maryland, Nov. 18 – City government will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 25, and on Friday, Nov. 26, when city facilities will operate on limited schedules.

Thanksgiving, Thursday, Nov. 25: City government and city facilities will be closed.
Recycling, trash and yard waste normally collected on Thursdays will be collected Friday, Nov. 26. For more information, visit www.rockvillemd.gov/recycling-trash or call 240-314-8568.

City government will also be closed Friday, Nov. 26. Facilities closed Nov. 25 and open for the following hours Nov. 26: Croydon Creek Nature Center (10 a.m.-2 p.m.); Lincoln Park, Thomas Farm and Twinbrook community centers (10 a.m.-6 p.m.); and the Rockville Swim and Fitness Center (6 a.m.-9 p.m.). Visit www.rockvillemd.gov/swimcenter for swim and fitness center lap swim and program schedules.
Parking will be free at city-owned meters on Nov. 25 and 26.
