CorePower Yoga Opened In Rockville Congressional Plaza This Week

ROCKVILLE, MD — CorePower Yoga has opened a new studio in Rockville, joining other fitness businesses on what is called FITRow in Congressional Plaza. CorePower has more than 200 studios in 21 states, and says that it focuses on "supportive community and feel-good energy."

“We are excited to open CorePower Yoga at FITRow,” said Janna Critz, the studio manager CorePower Yoga Rockville. “We are thrilled to bring our community to Rockville and offer yoga and mindfulness to fit in with students’ lifestyles and workout programs.”

Orange Theory, which offers boutique fitness classes, recently opened on FITRow. Athleta, the women's workout clothing store, opened last year.

FITRow is expecting one more addition: Pure Barre. The fitness studio focuses on barre exercise, which works on strength, cardio and flexibility.

“Our new location in FITRow will allow us to expand our workout space to nearly double that of our current studio, which means greater access to peak class times for our members and more space for each client during class,” said Jill DeNinno, Pure Barre. “The new studio will offer easier parking and access to all of the amenities that Congressional Plaza has to offer.”
