Crashes Cause Delays On I-395, Baltimore Beltway: Traffic In MD, DC

On The Road

As of 7:18 a.m., collision reported on the Outer Loop of I-695/Baltimore Beltway before the exit to MD-150/Eastern Avenue, according to MDOT. [Eastpoint Mall, MD]

As of 7:16 a.m., crash reported on westbound I-395/Southeast-Southwest Freeway after Maine Avenue, Southwest, according to WTOP. [Washington, DC]

As of 7:06 a.m., one lane is closed on eastbound MD-564 at MD-193, according to MDOT. [Glenn Dale, MD]

As of 7:05 a.m., a collision was reported on MD-30 at Hampstead Mexico Road, according to MDOT. [Hampstead, MD]

As of 7:04 a.m., crash was reported on northbound MD-2/Ritchie Highway near Baltimore-Annapolis Blvd., according to WTOP. [Arnold, MD]

As of 7:03 a.m., a disabled vehicle is blocking the right shoulder of westbound MD-200 just past the exit for MD-182/Layhill Road, according to MDOT. [Layhill, MD]

As of 7 a.m., the northbound-left turn lane and shoulder are closed on MD-190 North at Ridgefield Road, according to MDOT. [Kenwood, MD]

As of 7 a.m., one traffic lane and the right shoulder of US-15 North at West Main Street are closed, according to MDOT. [Thurmont, MD]

As of 7 a.m., eastbound-traffic lane, and shoulder of MD-140 are closed at Mayberry Road, according to MDOT. [Mayberry, MD]

As of 6:55 a.m., a collision involving two vehicles has been reported on I-97 South at the exit for MD-32/Robert Crain Highway, according to MDOT. The southbound shoulder is blocked. [Millersville, MD]

As of 6:53 a.m., a disabled vehicle has been reported on northbound I-95 before the Outer Loop of the Baltimore Beltway, according to MDOT. [Arbutus, MD]

As of 6:26 a.m., righthand lane of I-83 North before the. MD-439/Old York Road exit is closed due to a collision, according to MDOT. [Baltimore County, MD]

As of 6:07 a.m., debris is reported in the roadway in both directions on MD-650 at I-495, according to MDOT. [Adelphi, MD]

On Metro

From 4 a.m., on Tuesday, until 6 a.m., on Saturday, Metro Subway will single track trains from Owings Mills to Reisterstown Plaza stations to complete required track maintenance, according to MDOT. [Baltimore, MD]

Local and Express shuttle bus service available at Stadium-Armory due to the summer platform improvement project, according to Metro. Several stations in Maryland on the Orange Line are closed due to the project: Minnesota Avenue, Deanwood, Cheverly, Landover, and New Carrollton. [Washington, DC]

DC Weather

Wednesday is expected to be humid and mostly cloudy with an 80 percent chance of precipitation and a possible thunderstorm, according to the AccuWeather forecast. The temperature in Rockville, MD at 7:30 a.m. was 70 degrees. The high today will be 86 and the low 73.
