DUI Charge Filed in Crash that Killed Rockville Woman
Montgomery County Police arrested a Germantown driver for suspicion of DUI in a Gaithersburg crash.

A Germantown driver faces a driving under the influence charge following a Saturday crash that killed a Rockville woman.
Montgomery County Police say that a blue Toyota minivan was traveling northbound on Shady Grove Road in Gaithersburg when it collided with a tan Toyota Camry that was traveling west from Tupelo Drive.
The driver of the tan Toyota Camry died from her injuries at the scene. She is being identified as Gerilynne Seigneur, 61, of the 16300 block of Grande Vista Drive in Rockville.

The driver of the blue minivan is Ulices Chavez, 22, of the 11600 block of Queen Nicole Terrace in Germantown. Ulices was not hurt and was arrested at the scene for suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, authorities say.
