No One Injured In Early Morning Fire That Destroyed Rockville Home
Montgomery County Fire and Rescue are calling a single-family home in Rockville a "total loss," following an early morning fire.

ROCKVILLE, MD — Montgomery County Fire and Rescue units responded around 3:15 a.m., on Thursday for the report of a house on fire in the 14300 block of Marian Drive off of Glen Mill Road in Rockville.
Arriving on the scene, MCFRS personnel found a one-story, single-family home engulfed in a heavy fire.
Although firefighters we able to extinguish the blaze, the home, which was vacant at the time, was considered a total loss, according to MCFRS. No injuries were reported.

Personnel and equipment dispatched to the scene of the fire were from Stations 3, 23 and 31 in Rockville; Station 8 in Gaithersburg; Station 32 in Travilah; Station 5 in Kensington; and Station 9 in Germantown.
The cause and origin of the fire have yet to be determined. This story will be updated as more information becomes available.
