Final Election Results 2015: Mayor Re-Elected; One Newcomer Joins Council
For the first time, Rockville's mayor and City Council members will serve four-year terms.

Rockville residents re-elect Mayor Bridget Donnell Newton Tuesday, while unofficial results for City Council showed incumbents Beryl L. Feinberg, Virginia Onley, and Julie Palakovich Carr were the winners, along with newcomer Mark Pierzchala.

All results are unofficial until they are certified by election officials.

Candidates for the four council seats were: Feinberg, Richard Gottfried, David Hill, Brigitta Mullican, Onley, Palakovich Carr, Peirzchala, Clark Reed and Patrick Schoof. The mayor and council will serve a four-year term for the first time in city history.
