12th Annual MCPS Latin Dance Competition

Dont miss teenagers from Montgomery County schools competing for the BEST at the  12th Annual MCPS High School Latin Dance Competition at the Music Center at the Strathmore Music Hall, Montgomery County’s premiere stage.

There is a  film directed by Brian Pascale and produced by HIPtv and the Afterschool Dance Fund which Premieres on November 20th at the AFI Silver Theater in Silver Spring, MD.  The Documentary focuses on the positive impact that Latin dance can play in the lives of young people. Participants were required to maintain their grades in order to compete. Many of the teenagers featured in the film will be in attendance at this screening, as well as their dedicated dance instructors and academic mentors.  Don’t miss this chance to show your support for young role models.

Don’t miss your chance to see this year’s group of dancers compete on Monday, November 28 at Strathmore Music Hall. Performances will be presented from 7 – 9 PM.
