The 21st annual Aspen Hill Community Festival will be held on Saturday, October 20, from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm at the Aspen Hill Library, 4407 Aspen Hill Road, Aspen Hill, MD. The festival will include games, 4-H fun, free books, paper crafts, balloons and ballon animals, a fire truck, face painting. The KayDee Puppets will perform at 11:30 and 12:15; Tom Lilly (magician, juggler, fire eater, and balloon artist) will perform at 1:15; and Mr. Gabe (children’s musician) will perform at 2:15.
