Ms. Glickman will be discussing landscape design and showing over 50 photos taken by renowned photographer and Chevy Chase resident Valerie Brown. Some of the gardens to be shown are the famous Dunbarton Oaks, little known gems such as Meadowlark Gardens, small community gardens, and spectacular celebrations like the National Cherry Blossom Festival. Ms. Glickman will talk about the historical significance of some of the gardens and the landscape designers. The book will be on sale at the event.
