As part of Rockville's Black History Month Celebration, The Finest! Youth Performance Troupe, will perform "A Change Gon' Come", a creative telling of the life and struggle of Harriet Tubman.
The show will be performed Friday, Feb. 18, at 8 p.m. and Saturday, Feb. 19, at 2 p.m.
