The Mayor and Council of Rockville and the Rockville Human Rights Commission celebrates Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday at Richard Montgomery High School.
The celebration will include music and dance performances as well as featured guest Maureen Bunyan, news broadcaster and anchor for ABC 7.
