The Neighborhood Resources Division, the Twinbrook Community Center and Capital One Bank, Rockville branch, have partnered to celebrate the Hispanic Heritage in Rockville. The event will be on October 6 from 1 to 3 PM. at the Twinbrook Community Center. We'll be having performances form Spain, Paraguay, Peru and Brazil in addition to cultural notes from other countries. This is a free event for the whole family.
