The Jewish Social Service Agency (JSSA) hosts W.H.A.R.F.F. Interactive Expo, a free community event for individuals over the age of 50.
This expo focuses on Wellness, Health, Aging, Retirement and Financial Freedom (W.H.A.R.F.) Programs include advance appointments for one-on-one sessions with a financial, legal, or health professionals as well as self-renewal treatments such as massages and acupuncture. Health screenings for blood pressure, bone density and women’s heart health will be provided throughout the day. Fun activities will include a raffle, silent auction, opportunities to learn about fitness through low impact exercise and cooking demonstrations.
