In celebration of National Caribbean-Heritage Month, Aspen Hill Library will host its Third Annual Caribbean-American Heritage Celebration.
Taste the food of the islands and enjoy live Caribbean music featuring a steel pan performance by the Caribbean American International Steel Orchestra.
