Yoga Workshop: Intro to Arm Balances

Build a foundation for arm balances with the option to keep your feet on the ground! Taught by Amanda Credeur, RYT 200, this arm balance workshop is for beginner students that want to learn the basics of adding weight on the arms and intermediate students that want more stability in arm balances. The workshop includes dynamic sequences to build strength in the arms; proper alignment to keep the joints injury free; fun transitions used to fly from pose to pose; and an array of beginner to advanced arm balances for students to sample. All it takes is two fun-filled hours to find your wings!
