Have You Seen Him? 15-Year-Old Boy Missing From Fairland

FAIRLAND, MD — Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager from the Fairland area.

Maurice Edward Kirkland Jr., 15, was last seen by family members when he left his Fairland Road home on foot at approximately 11 a.m. Sunday, April 23, police said.

Police and family are concerned for Kirkland's welfare. Kirkland is known to frequent the area of the Orchard Center shopping mall located at 12000 Cherry Hill Rd. in the Calverton area, police said.

Maurice is described as a black male, 5’10” tall and weighing 175 pounds. He has short black hair and brown eyes, police said. Kirkland was last seen wearing a black “Marvel” t-shirt with red letters, dark blue jeans and red Nike shoes.
