Health Care Enrollment Period Starts Nov. 1, Free Help Offered

ROCKVILLE, MD — Open enrollment begins Friday, Nov. 1 for people who want to receive health and dental coverage through Maryland's official health insurance marketplace.

Maryland Health Connection (MHC) is a one-stop shop to browse insurance plans, compare coverage and costs, and enroll. Certified health insurance navigators, a group working on behalf of MHC, will be on-hand to guide Montgomery County residents through the process. Help services are free.
