'Kane Show' Host Charged With Assaulting Estranged Wife

Peter Deibler, the host of the popular morning radio "The Kane Show," was charged by Montgomery County Police with assaulting his wife.

Potomac, MD — The host of the syndicated radio talk show “The Kane Show,” Peter Deibler of Rockville, was arrested Friday on charges he assaulted his estranged wife, according to court records.

Deibler, 39, is charged with second-degree assault for allegedly shoving his wife, Natasha Deibler, into a wall, according to Maryland court records. Peter Deibler was released on $3,500 bond Friday.

A temporary protective order was issued Monday which bars Deibler from contacting his wife or entering her Potomac home. The couple is in the midst of a divorce, says The Washington Post.

His nationally syndicated radio show is based at HOT 99.5 FM in Rockville.

Natasha Deibler claims that on May 25 her husband grabbed her and threw her into a wall as their daughters watched, resulting in a sprained knee, head injury, bruises and a black eye, according to the Post.

“It’s an accusation that’s unfounded,” Peter Deibler told the newspaper.
