ROCKVILLE, MD — Madison Reed, the online hair color startup that's rapidly expanding its brick-and-mortar network, is coming to Congressional Plaza this spring. This is the company's second Montgomery County location, with the first being in Bethesda.

The 1,488-square-foot salon will be located between Noodles & Company and Barnes & Noble, according to property owner Federal Realty Investment Trust.

The Madison Reed Color Bar, the company says, aims to deliver salon-quality hair color that is both convenient and affordable for busy women.
