Man Accused Of Inappropriately Touching Child Is Caught On Camera
Police need the public's help finding a man who they say inappropriately touched a 5-year-old girl at a library in Rockville.

ROCKVILLE, MD — A man who is accused of inappropriately touching a 5-year-old girl at a library in Rockville was captured in surveillance photos, which Montgomery County Police have released in hopes that the public can help identify the suspect.
According to authorities, the incident took place around 6 p.m. on Dec. 15 at Rockville Memorial Library, which is located at 21 Maryland Ave.
The suspect is described by police as a white man with a medium build and a possible thin goatee. That evening, the man allegedly approached the 5-year-old girl in the children's section, pulled down her pants, and touched her inappropriately, according to officials. They said the child screamed and told her parents, who then called the police.

Investigators reviewed the library's surveillance video and spotted a possible suspect who was lingering around the children's section about 30 minutes prior to the incident. The pictures are posted below.
