Man Arrested In Rockville Fatal Stabbing: Police
Jaime Havier Lee, 40, is accused of fatally stabbing 36-year-old Cornelius Lyon in Rockville on Saturday.

ROCKVILLE, MD — Montgomery County police have arrested a man they say fatally stabbed another man in Rockville on Saturday afternoon.
Authorities allege Jaime Havier Lee, 40, of an unconfirmed address, stabbed 36-year-old Cornelius Lyon, also of an unconfirmed address, following an altercation inside an apartment on Lenmore Avenue.
Authorities first received a call about an injured person in the 100 block of Frederick Ave. around 12:50 p.m. Frederick Avenue is near Lenmore Avenue, where police say the altercation took place.

When officers arrived, they found Lyon dead. Police said they found a number of stab wounds on his body.
Lyon's remains were taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore for an autopsy.

It is unclear what Lee and Lyon were fighting about, but police said there were a number of victims inside the apartment who witnessed the stabbing.
Soon after interviewing the witnesses, authorities found Lee and arrested him.
Lee was charged with first-degree murder, court records show, and is scheduled to appear in court on June 26.
